I hate when a serviceguy says let me know if it gets worse. No, i called you NOW. It already IS worse! Are they just looking to get paid for an extra service call?

I think yes.. too bad they don't know I am not paying. I am not paying -- he didn't do anything. I could have said, I will wait and see.

This is the second time I have found this HVAC place to be lazy.
