After 12 years of a cursed existence I think I'm almost out of this hovel I called home and into a nice apartment just up the street...I love this area but hate my house (hovel)..I've never been happy here.......I look back at all the memories I've had and am hard pressed to find a good one ( social, personal, monetary, family). I was in a bad way when I bought this place and did it for all the wrong reasons. They came back to haunt me at every turn. I became the most depressed I'd ever been in my whole life here. Lost all the friends that were good enough to have me. Been thru many alcoholic binges, and hospitalizations and the feelings of the worst. I'm so happy it's almost over so I can start to live again anew! I have a great Psych that helped me so much the past 6mos. and the best sister anyone could have thru these times ( although I never really asked for the help she was willing to give, until I learned to).....I'm starting to tear up now so I'll end it.......But I can start anew within a week.....Thanks So Much to all my friends and fellow posters here at PC.....I don't think my progress went this well without all ya
 I'll be around and around in the posts...and again thank y'all....Y

Good luck Yutzman. Say, your user name would not be Yiddish in origin? As I remember, a yutz is the opposite of a Mensch.
