i am so very scared at how i feel. sober but i am scared and my moods crying everything is wocko. i started back on meds and prozac, give me a reason please. iam so hurt

Angel, I'm sorry about your fear and unstable mood. Though frequently less-than-stable, my meds smother fear and all sorts of other feelings.

Could you say a bit more about how you are hurt or hurting?

My best wishes to you, especially that the fear and hurt dissipate!

My dog mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.

Angel,
I'm so sorry that you feel so badly...

Jme, but part of the reason I drank was to "drown my sorrows, fears, etc."
When I stopped drinking all of those things came at me full speed, and it scared the bejubbies out of me.

And I cried, too. Mood swings, for sure!

Keep posting and let people here give you the support you need to make it one day at a time...
for me, at times I had to take it ten minutes at a time.

Angel You can do it, like Catherine said, break time down into smaller more manageable increments - and then manage time, make a plan for each half day, hour, 10 minutes, whatever. Do nice things for yourself.

My experience, feelings are a ******, especially when you are first getting in touch with them and have lots of garbage from the past to sift through. The only way through feelings is through them, as far as I know.

and if that makes you feel better feel free.
