Of course you are not stupid. Why it is as clear as a South Florida sky that you are a smart, loving, and kind bear. If you post why you are feeling that way, perhaps we can help you to reframe it. Or perhaps you will be able to do so yourself. Was it Christopher who always said lovingly to Pooh "silly bear." For I would mean it in the kindest way to get you smile at this fear that you are stupid, which is just a voice that comes from our disease, not you at all. Fuzzy you are not stupid..............you are human (sorry to expose you as human when others here are still under the impression you are a bear
 ) Human beings have hearts that are vulnerable to being hurt when we open them up and reveal things. There is nothing stupid about being human and giving and friendly. Please go easier on the bear. Do I have to get Christopher Robin on you and bump, bump, bump you down the stairs?  (that is how he drags Pooh around in the opening chapter of Winnie-The-Pooh)

 (((((((((((oh Fuzzybear))))))))))))))))))))))))I have been reading your posts........the depressions, the "head games" people play unfortunetly; and your "pit" (been there, done that.......and of All people....YOU do not deserve to be there.  In my theory of people & the way they can hurt, I dug this up, chew on it for awhile: "We stop judging and pointing fingers and we begin to accept people as they are, and to overlook their shortcomings (lying) and human frailities; and in that process, a sense of peace and contentment is BORN. We realize that much of the way we view ourselves and the world around us, is as a result of all messages and opinions that have been ingrained into our psyche'""  Fuzzy......you have the ultimate power to break free from all that "garbage" that has been ingrained...thus, causing you your present pain.
