I am feeling so irritable, anxious, depressed. I hate this feeling and I don't know how to get out of it. I want to scream, punch something. I'm just crying because I don't know why I feel like this or how to get out of it.
Any suggestions. I feel so hopeless, helpless.

Is there something that you enjoy doing like reading that may help you calm down a bit? Try doing things to treat yourself well, I am sending you some hugs

I am sorry you are feeling so depressed. I know how it can be devastating. I wish I could snap my fingers and make it go away for you. I understand how you feel and can tell you that writing is a good way to get it out and express what you feel. Sometimes, screaming into a pillow can help too. I hope you will do something for yourself that is kind and that you like to do. I hope you will keep posting for that sometimes helps.

Know you are not alone, that we are here and listening. That we care. Take time to breath slowly--that might help you calm down too. Do you take anything that could help you calm down the anxiety? I hope you will keep posting and letting us know how you are feeling. We are here to listen and support. We care.

I know the feeling. Everything is so awful, sometimes indescribable, but it's like your stuck in the dark trying to reach out and fight demons (figuratively speaking) that aren't there... You want to scream, want to punch, but what? The thing I hate most about depression is that you cannot see it, cannot fight back.

If I had the perfect answer, I'd surely give it to you. But I do know one of the best things you can do is seek comfort with those who understand. We're all here for eachother, we can all relate. And another thing you might try is writing daily. You can sit down at the end of the day, write down all of the day's negative feelings, and then burn the pages or rip them up. It's a wonderful release.
