Hello sara, it's nice to meet you , welcome to psych central.
It sounds like your hormones are bringing up a lot of anger for you, which is normal. When you start to get angry take some deep breaths and count to ten, this may help you calm down. Sometimes even a short walk can help the anger calm a bit. You have no control over where you live, I know that can be upsetting but it's the way things work when you are young, one day you will have that choice but that is not today. For now try to make the best of it, maybe try to make some new friends and find some things that you do enjoy about where you are and remember when you are older it will be your choice where you live. If you have any questions while navigating the site feel free to private message me or any community liaison or moderator, here is a link to a list of forum leaders. http://forums.psychcentral.com/showgroups.php ![]()

Welcome to PC and thank you for sharing. I am sorry you are feeling this way and alone. Being young--you have no choice where you live. That is hard but someday you will have that choice and be able to decide for yourself. Until then, try to find ways to help you. Do things that you enjoy. Make new friends and although I know that is not always easy--once you do things will calm some. Being a teenager and all the changes your homones go through is tough enough. It does cause changes that we cannot help. But know that you are not alone there. When my girls started all that stuff--it was hard and it can take alot out of you. So I understand what you are feeling. Taking one day--one moment at a time will help. I know sometimes it seems really hard to do but we cannot do more than that at a time. Hang in there and be kind to you. And remember to breath. Slow in and out--that can calm you too. Keep posting and know you are not alone. We are listening and understand. Again welcome to PC and know you will find others here that can relate. We do care and welcome you. ![]() dps |
