L37!

Mood swings can at best be frustrating and too often terrifying. How fast did your mood swing? Was there an identifiable trigger? Did you have any warning of its approach?

Wishing you a speedy "reboot!"

(((((loser37))))) I can only say I know how you feel. It is very hard on us when depression hits. In my case medication and talking to my doctors helps. Not sure if you are doing either but I can say that they both help me through some hard times. Some hugs for you Take care and try not to let depression lie to you.
Thanks for this!

((((((loser37)))))) One thing I have also done in the past is print out my posts (like yours above) and shown them to my doctors so that they can really see how I am feeling as I am not very good at telling them in person. I also find that my moods can change on a dime and when I am in front of my doctors my moods my be better then they are at other times. Like now your post is real and it shows how you are feeling right now. This is what a doctor needs to know so that they can truly help you. Just a thought - take care and good luck.
Thanks for this!
