This depression of mine,

I can feel it,
I can see it,
I can hear it,
I can tell it is there.
So!!!
Why can't I get rid of it?
Why does it want me?
Why do I let it control me?
Why is it so hard on me?
Why does it make me feel so sick?
I so want to understand this depression of mine.

I'm not sure if that is possible Alaskan
What I mean is , I don't think depression is something we will
be totally rid of . I didn't mean to be non-supportive but I
was told it was a lifetime illness and that I have to find
out what works for me to be able to cope with it better.
Please anyone reading this correct me if I'm wrong
As I would love to hear a more positive answer .
Good questions though

((((((((((((((((((((((((depressedalaskan))))))))))))))))))))) Healing is a journey that comes in its own time. As you go you will gain more and more insight into yourself. Ahead you will feel better; sometimes it just takes a while.

Thanks all. One day you feel better and the next day you can feel yourself heading down hill. Hugs to all.
