I'm feeling hurt, scared, needy, yucky and other things I can't say

posted in another forum, about 100 views and one reply, that's alright, well the reply is, not so much all those views

so why do I feel so disgusting

trying not to make bad choices

Fuzzy....

I'm sorry you're having those yucky feelings...

I don't know how much this will help, but please try and remember that these feelings and beliefs are the ones that were programmed into you long ago, and they are not in any way accurate about you.

You are a good person and friend and all of us here are lucky that we get the fuzziest pal around to help us through.

You bring so much to PC. I know this doesn't help to keep the yuckies away, but maybe you could collect all the friendly thoughts from all of us, build a love bomb and throw it at the yuckies and it will knock them out for a while.

I'm here if you need to talk!!!

((((Fuzzybear)))) I am sorry I did not see your other post. I did the following thread on posting the other day. Please don't feel bad, some posts are hard for me to reply to and others I can't at all. I do know this you are loved here very much..

Do not be afraid to post.
I see many threads that are read 40 50 100+ times with only 5 10 20 replies. I just want to say to everyone that it is OK to post you are invited. All post here are welcomed and so are your thoughts/ feelings/ replies. Everyone that is here at PC have problems. If you are here to learn that is great, if you have a question please ask it, if you have an idea to help us let us know. No one here is unwelcome or will be judged. Come on in and join us against our battle. The more thoughts and ideas that we have the faster we can learn.

This thread was not to make any one feel bad, it was to encourage everyone to post. I just wanted everyone who is reading post to know that we are a great community of people who will not judge them for what they write. I repeat; do not feel bad if you can not post, if you do not have the answer, if you are not feeling well enough to post. Just remember this: you are with people who care, understand, have lived through depression, who are living with this illness, do not be afraid to share or ask questions.
Hugs for your day.
Thanks for this!

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((Fuzzy)))))))))))))))))))))) I am sorry you are feeling this way. Know you are cared for here throughout. It seems that sometimes posts somehow slip through the crack. Know I am here and I care.

I'm sorry you're having those feelings. Only receiving a handful of replies after many views is yucky too. You fill a huge part of this forum and it would not be the same without you. Please know that.

I speak only for myself. When I see you're hurting, Fuzzybear, I panic a little. It's like finding an ominous crack in one of the central "Pillars of the Temple." Of course, you are more than allowed to need attention, no shame at all in that. What unsettles me is how much and often you comfort others. I feel feelings of being too small for the job of trying to help a Great One.

But I'll take the risk of being inadequate.

May all the best wishes of those who know and care for you, whether unexpressed or expressed only imperfectly in posts, combine and insert themselves among your negative feelings to somehow lighten your day. And if tomorrow, or the next hour, or the next minute you need the same, may we be vigilant enough to respond with even greater and more effective care.

Fuzzybear!
