any suggestiions???? some times i have trouble sleeping and i have to take a combo of phenergan, xanax, and trazadone so i can sleep. not all at once, just depends how bad insomnia is. last night i took all 3 one hour in between each. and i still had dreams about my ex. in my dream he came crawling back and apologized and we got back together. this will ONLY happen in my dreams. when i woke up i had a tension headache from grinding my teeth and probably fighting in my sleep, my cats won't admit it. i went to work and my headache got worse. i've had all types of insomnia meds and they have created new nitemares or intensified the old ones. i have a long history of headaches...longer than mental illness.
i have a hard time with my dreams (nitemares)because they bring up the stuff i'm trying to fight or overcome. other than staying awake for the rest of my life ..... is there a way to get around it????????

Wow! this would be so scary. I'm so sorry.Have you told your Dr. about all of your dreams and the headaches? I get really bad migraines, and they scare me too. I'm not sure if you know, but they do have a med called Imatrix.( I know this isn't the right spelling.) This might be able to help you. dreams=depressed=migraines

Have trouble with vivid dreams/nightmares... Was having nightmares about Satan for a while and my T suggested I pray to a higher power to watch over me, right before bed. I prayed to my dead great-grandma who I was very close to when she was alive. It helped!n It stopped the Satan dreams.
Best wishes

thanks. when i had 'good' insurance i could only get the generic form because the ins company wouldn't pay for name brand w/ gen available. the generic caused me to break out in a rash and felt like my skin was crawling. after that i wasn't really excited about trying more meds for migraines. thanks again
