not sure how to say this...I just feel down and out. like my life has been drained. I'm dissociating, feel my head spinning. Very overwhelmed with my emotions from sadness, to anger, to rage. I just needed to get this out. There is more in there, I just don't know how to explain it.
Thanks for this!

sorry to hear you are feeling down. It sucks to be there. Are you overtired, overstressed? Can you get away for a wee break from whatever's going on??? The shortening of the days is not helping me. I pray you start climbing up the mountain soon.
Thanks for this!

(((((((((tryingtobeme)))))))))) Sorry you are feeling so low. We're all here for you. Think "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" by Simon & Garfunkel.
