Life is just too hard, so very hard. I am so weary of so much c**p going on that I can't find the strength to keep going.

I guess it is fortunate that I take Lamictal which veils my suicidal thoughts on a shelf in my mind. I can see them. I just can't assess them, but I know they are there.

Just how many painful emotional issues is one person suppose to be forced to survive.

The story behind this post is not important to anyone but me. It is just that this board and the PTSD board are the only places/persons outside of my weekly psychologist session that I can talk too. And that is one of the most painful issues, I have NO ONE in my life I can talk too outside of my weekly psychologist appointment.

Thanks for listening.

I'm very sorry you're feeling overwhelmed and alone. I have a particularly difficult marriage problem and I have absolutely no one to talk. Lucky for you that you have a therapist. It's very important when you're feeling like this, to take extra care of yourself with eating well and yes exercising. I know it's hard to feel motivated but just try and go for a fast 40 min walk.

Try your best not to think about your problems and take care of your needs. Feel free to talk here as much as you like. If you ever do feel suicidal I'm going to give you a good website - it's even good for when you're feeling overwhelmed: http://wwwmetanoia.org/suicide/
I hope you feel relief very soon and I'll keep you in my prayers.

Dear Casper,So many of us come here because we have no one else to talk to. Please don't feel alone. Come here whenever you can, and there will always be someone here "reading" you. billieJ

((((((((((Bigcasper)))))))))) You're carrying such a load! If it helps to lighten it even the tiniest bit to write, then do!!!!! It's hard to have these feelings and have to hold them in. About those thoughts, leave them on the shelf. A good place for them until you clean house and take them to the dump!!!! Hoping you can find someone IRL to talk with, too. take care of yourself

((((((Bigcasper))))))) I do understand how you feel. It is true in my life also, no one, except people here at PC or a professional, really understands how I feel. It's hard to find people in real life who have gone through what we have and who truly understand what we deal with on a daily basis. Each day we survive we are heroes.

Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
