Hell ya! Some rules are made to be broken. Any way it's only words being typed with feelings attached to them! So whats the problem?

Because by my coming here to psychcentral I admit I have a struggle with a mental issue, and in that admittance and by agreeing to the guidelines, I allow -no, I EXPECT - DocJohn (who I assume is in touch with reality most of the time, ballgames excepted) and those mods he has placed "over" me... to regulate the reality I find here. We need parameters. As we deal with our own issues, we "test" those parameters to make sure they're real, and that it's still safe. Sometimes we do so kicking and screaming. </div></font></blockquote><font class="post"> In case someone missed it.

Miss A, I believe the concern is that the reader (perhaps someone in real pain) reads the "words" and might take them in a way that would hurt them very much. We can be flippant, and some are, while we're typing, but I try to remember that the reader might not be feeling so good when they see the post. We have to have some order here. It won't work, and people won't stay, if posters are allowed to say anything they please. xoxo pat
