 I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you." Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure. Can't stop you from praying and blessing me, and if that makes you feel better feel free.  But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me. And let's all respect each other's feelings. With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."

Sorry you're feeling so down
(((Berries))). Do you have a dog? - I think having a pet might help you feel a little better. See if you can go for a nice walk. How about the gym membership you were talking about a while back. I agree with Pom, that holidays for someone who's sad, becomes a reminder of what they don't have and increases the sadness. I've noticed several members are feeling more low than usual. I expect the same will happen at Xmas. Time to be extra kind and patient with yourself.
