I don't really have an answer why? But somehow I bonced myself back into being happier! It was me who let me be the one to believe in myself now. Wow, I don't think I've got manic depression? I guess talking to someone really helped me again. Everyone don't give up hope, you CAN all find a way out that black whole sucking you in, there is sunshine out the end of it all!

I am not sure what blissful means...what goes up must come down...to me it seems like she is not happy for you that you posted you are feeling well and is discouraging your current mood.
If I am wrong...tell me.
But, no matter what...right now you feel like you are out of your darkness and feeling good. Some people would give anything for that...to just feel like that for a day!
Continue to focus on your positive feelings. Continue to see the beauty in each new day!
Happy you are doing better!

Nor should you! We can control our emotions, with time, energy, and patience (lots of it!). I'm glad to read that happiness is winning now...!! HAPPINESS 1 - DEPRESSION 0

HAPPINESS 1 - DEPRESSION 0

When I go from bad to worse and back "up" to bad... it's important for me to feel the relief while there and that I'm not in the deepest part right then... each time I can rise, that's progress... and accenting those times, remembering that I have them seems to help me when I am in the lower darknesses....

some parts of societal pressure? makes it like we should feel almost guilty for feeling better, since we are declaring we're depressed. Know what I mean?

Try not to let the fall overshadow the rise, you were happy and it was wonderful, hold on to that and try to remember that it is possible to escape the pit of depression.

((((Miss A))))) This is truly a roller coaster ride sometimes. I guess we need to concentrate on those good times, even if they are few and far between. They remind us that they have happened and will happen again. Patience is key. (And, yes, I realize that I get caught up in this too and it is very hard to do) I do understand. HUGS!

Miss A,

In life there are ups and downs. For everyone. I know for me, everyday is a struggle. We must dig deep within ourselves and know that better days lie ahead. Know that you are worthy of happiness and love. Know that you are loved. Look at the world everyday as an oppourtunity. An oppourtunity to see, learn and feel the best that life has to offer you.
If you get feel down again, remember the feeling of goodness. Hold on tight and dont ever let go.
