Boring is not a viable excuse.

I think I found a solution! (Pity I didn't get to make full use it before the last exam). Structure. Im terrible without discipline and so I said, one hour after I get up (set a time) I will work for one hour. Then take a one hour break, and work for another hour after that. And so on.

Its worked well. Ive done more revision than I had done the last 2 days. It hasn't been perfect (other issues I presume) and the fact the exam is tomorrow may have made me work more than the structure itself, but I think it did help.

Anyway, thanks for everyone's input and I'll see what happens tomorrow. Ta.

I pick things I'm interested in when I study and try to relate them to the boring bits to make the boring bits interesting :-) or i pick a whole different way to look at the boring stuff. I'd probably be tempted to go to interesting financial sites, http://money.cnn.com/ http://fisher.osu.edu/fin/overview.htm http://www.finance.army.mil/ and read around, find things easier/more interesting to read about whatever areas the exam is on or see if I could get details I liked and would remember that I could use on the exam, in my answers, etc.

Im okay. On the plus side the exams are all over. Which is good. For some reason I dont feel 100% great, after talking to some friends Im fairly sure I messed up the last question (accounting for 20% of the overall module mark) so Im a bit annoyed. Other than that I think I did really well. But its over. Hopefully I can use what Ive learnt here and add it to the future.
