I feel so crazy and horribly depressed all over again my thoughts are racing, im sleeping more, i have almost no appetite, im losing weight, my impulses to do really stupid things is taking control over me and i just plainly want to crawl in a hole and sit there till i die.....

Brennan,

Even though it doesn't feel like it now, things WILL get better. A resource that someone sent me when i joined PC that was very helpful was
www.psychologicalselfhelp.org . It would something that you could use when you feel that there is no one to talk to.

Is there a school counselor or friend you can confide in? You can always talk to us. I hope you are able to get a T appointment soon. Please keep posting so we know how you are doing.

I can tell you are under a lot of stress. Please do hold on. Please talk to your T if you have one, or someone that you can confide in. Sometimes just talking to someone will help us to feel better.

Don't stress too much, you made a long run with out cutting. You should be proud of that. Now your next record should be longer then that! Just keep talking and letting others hear your thoughts. Letting others in, helps put a new perspective on things.

Hang in there buddy!

Brennan,

How are you doing? There is always someone around to talk to here. There are scheduled chats regularly and usually someone to chat with if there isn't a scheduled chat going on. It helps to tell others your feelings and people here are very supportive and non-judgemental.
