Hello & Welcome, Monkeylover!

I suspect you need to talk to a flesh-and-blood person as soon as possible. Here are a few immediate resources:

Short List of PC Recommended Resources
PC Resources: Crises

That doesn't mean you shouldn't feel free to post here all you want - we all welcome what you have to say. In fact, sorting out your thoughts here may make it easier to express yourself when you talk to someone...but BE SAFE. Talk to someone on the crisis lines immediately if you feel impelled to do something unsafe.

You are important, even if you've temporarily lost a sense of your importance.

Believe it or not, you're not alone. I'd like to hear more about your situation, so I can try to provide actual help, and not just throw adages at you. I'm on the verge, myself. I haven't had the will to live since I was 16, but here I am, 23 years old. I'll listen, here or via private message, if you want.

I'm sorry you are in so much pain and I'm sorry I don't know what else to say because I'm in the same boat. I just try to get through one day at a time. I try not to think too much so I escape into tv and books which I don't know if that is a good thing but it keeps me from losing it alltogether. Your in my prayers.

Can you see a Dr and maybe try a med? Even making the appt may be something that will make you feel your still fighting. You do recognize its depression and that's why your here. Keep fighting, I wish you well.
