Talking to someone who cares, journaling, watching a happy movie, getting outdoors in the sunshine.

You are so right. All good things! Making myself do them is an issue a lot of the time.

I know, I have my really bad days like today when I can't motivate at all. One good thing is we always have tomorrow to look forward too. I have to believe this depression will go away.

The support on here helps. Talking to the friends I have made on here. My cats, nature, solitude, knowing I have 2 sisters who support me. Hope for a better tomorrow.
Thanks for this!
