You are not alone. Hang in there with us! There was never an instruction booklet for life, so we have to try to find a way to tolerate our lives without hate.

I know how you feel. I've been there. Please hold on. What is really at the root of this depressed state you are in. Please share more if you can and maybe we can help.

(((((((jas))))))) I feel the same, but with the help of PC, I am trying to remember there will be a time when you dont feel this bad. Try and hold on to a time when you felt better.

Hello, jas62295. Self-harming is serious. Do you have a psychiatrist and a therapist?

Some recommended resources and hotlines include:

http://www.suicide.org/
http://www.hopeline.com/
http://www.suicideforum.com/

Do you a friend or relative you can talk to?

Please keep posting so we know how you are doing.
