Hi everyone, I've been getting triggered by some of the posts on here, and though I really like to be on here and read everyone's posts, and get support myself, I don't think this is healthy until something changes. I just wanted you to know I care, that I don't want to just abandon you. I'm here for PM's and I might wander around other sections even though what I really am here for is depression

Hugs to anyone who needs them

Hi (((((sea))))) - Sorry you've been getting triggered, but glad to hear you are setting healthy boundaries and practicing good self-care. I'm not around much anymore either, but please feel free to PM me anytime if you think I can provide the support you need. Take care. Your Friend lynn09
