Had the worst day today,I hung with my friend today and he was talking about her today and that really put me in a depro mood, I don't why it just triggered me and now I feel like absolute ***** and nothing I try and do is making me happy I feel the worst eva and every time I think of her I even more depro, to make matters even worse he and another friend went to go visit her and that sent me off the deep end, so now here I sit in my room feeling like nothing matters any more, I just wish all the pain would go away and then I could get on with my life, but it won't and now I must sit and feel the worst that I have felt in over a week.

Can't you tell your friends to not talk to you about "her"? When I want to stop hurting, I ask those around me to not bring up whatever subject it is that hurts me. If they care enough for me, then they stop. If some don't, then I distance myself from them until they "get it."

Good luck!

Unfortuatly when I do tell them how I feel about her they just laugh at me and tell me to forget her and thats not easy and when my friends do talk about her I get all depro and quiet but they don't care not even when I walk out the room, they carry on with what ever they where doing. Great friends I have hey?

It sounds like your friend, is really the one in need of a friend, and that is you! Perhaps it would make you feel better to know that maybe you are really the 'rock' that is holding the friend together, and that you are the strong one in this case!

We can only give so much and we need to know where our limits lie. Sounds like our friend needs to take care of himself before he can take care of other's need. Had A Really Bad Day!
