The definition of Depression

I have to tell someone...you can delete me if you like but this just the truth in its nakedness.......

Your "psychiatrist" who you only see every 3 months to discuss ONLY medications. Last time I truly ever asked for help when I was feeling the "S" word, his nurse laughed & hung up on me....IF you feel the "S" word, they would send me to the State Mental Hospital in handcuffs (standard procedure)
Your T is going on vacation & B4 he left you told him you felt the "S" word to use his "secret pager number" When we
told him that we SOME HOW lived thru a massive OD; he thought it was comical; (the only person I trust)and just said "see you next week"

My GP tried to help out after he saw the extent the cuts made after I finally gave in to go into the ER from the ones that he was removes sutures and staples from the previous ones. He tried to deal w/ the the system. Poor guy was totally flabbergasted; I just reassured him that psych is quite a different world from GP........he was a nice guy who told me I needed surgery for a small hernia........ugh.

No friends to call.........my SI asleep..........even my mice wont speak to me b/c I ran out of chocolate for their tins...............

I am utterly alone, except the Hallmark hugs I "might" (but not likely) receive. dayzee9..........signing off..........
