I'm starting to think, will therapy change the way I act? Will it stop me from being such a #ag? It may help the depression go away but I don't know if it will help me make friends. I don't think there is a point of therapy to me. Nothing will change the way I act. I tried not to be a ****** and make people hate me, but they always end up hating me. I see no point in therapy.

Therpy will make you think more about stuff. Well it did for me. At first I saw it as a waste of time.
But now I think it give you like a break from bottling stuff up. You just have to wait and see..... Will therapy really help?

You only get out of therapy what you put in it.
There is no magical cure.
What do you mean by being a #a$g@t?
Is this why you go to therapy? I am sorry you seem so angry about things.
PM me anytime if you want to further discuss how you are feeling.

If you wish to be less like something, yes, let the T know and show you how to work on it.. whatever it is!

I rather do therapy more than meds. I feel therapists are more kicked back than psychiatrists.
