One of my OCD tenancys is cleaning, I hate dirt and germs, but Ive been down the last few days and have done NO cleaning, now this causes me anxiety and stress because I think..I NEED TO CLEAN..but my body says ...meh maybe later...

*hehe almost sounds like its not a bad thing to relax* which I have NO idea how to do lol.

Though I don't have OCD, I know my house needs cleaned. I just can't get myself to do it. I totally relate to your blahs. Once you get in that "blahs" it is really hard to get out too!

I hope your blahs get better soon. the blahs

im usually always cleaning, tidying, straightening up, and the last almost week, I am doing good to get the dishes done and toys picked up, its not like me but I just cant seem to do it, and now that Ive gone a day without smoking, youd think that I would use that to give me something to do, I just really really dont have any energy lately its weird, but the guilt of not doing anything that use to consume me.. is not as strong now.. does this mean im getting better? or am I worse?
