I am so tired. It is like the depression and then job stress and family stress and relationship stress and the time of the year is all getting to me. I feel I have become reactive to everything. I don't know where to find the strength to keep going. I just want to quit and sleep and I really am not sure it would be noticeable unless someone needed something.
I don't even feel I am really communicating with anyone truly. It is like there is a filter that garbles everything.

So sorry to hear you're having such a hard time lately. It seems as if a LOT of people are, including many of the people I know offline. I was in a horrible mood myself recently but, with the help of friends here and offline, and a lot of work I've been doing on myself, I feel I am finally turning a corner.

I hope things start getting better for you very soon. Meanwhile, your friends are here and willing to lend an ear and a (((((hug))))).
Thanks for this!

Few things are more demoralizing than draining yourself in tasks the value of which is in doubt. So much trouble for . . . what? I am certain that kind of situation played a role in depression overcoming my life.

So, how is your sleep? Can you get refreshing sleep?

All the best to you

Hi (((silentwhisper))) When you are overly tired and mentally stressed, the way your brain functions truly is adversely affected causing "mental fog" - concentration and comprehension levels drop radically - this alone can make a person extremely irritable. Aching muscles, headaches, etc., from not getting sufficiently restful sleep only serve as additional distractions further compromising concentration and comprehension which also saps your physical energy because you are having to work so hard to focus.

You have to set aside some down time for yourself in your daily schedule and make it just as important as everything else (maybe even more), including the demands made on your time and energy by others. Take time to have a relaxing bath, or be alone to read, watch a movie, or something else that you find relaxing that will take you out of the rat race both physically and mentally. You're not going to be much good to others if you're not functioning mentally and physically. Set some boundaries and take care of yourself at least as well as you take care of others. lynn09

My sleep has not been refreshing. I have been having numerous vivid dreams where when I wake I am not sure if they happened or not. I just do not have the money to see my pdoc right now.

Thank you.

I am finding what you said to be true yet I do not know when I can take time for me. I just feel so void of life.
Thanks for this!
