I hate this. Everytime me and my bf go to my dad's house he says how great of a housekeeper, cook, etc. my dad's new gf is! Do you know how crappy that makes me feel? I feel like lower than the scum that sits in the ground!

I am nothing! Nobody! I am not appreciated! The truth of the matter is that I was all that before she ever met my father! My bf says the house needed a woman's touch, and I gave my dad that....I got no thanks, no recognition, nothing. I did my dad's laundry...I did everything. What the hell do I get? NOTHING!

I don't have to tell you because you already know....we don't do things for others in order to get a satisfactory return....Your boyfriend, on the other hand, is getting exactly the reaction he is looking for when he praises the "new woman" in the house....My advice?...Give him exactly what he isn't expecting.......your response...."Gosh, she is incredible...I'm sure glad that I don't have those duties anymore....it's alot of work!"
