I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm really struggling. B/t all the junk this past weekend, my alert, being activated again, working the disaster, and everythign else, i just feel so overwhelmed. My thoughts are starting to lean toward the "not healthy" and I can't seem to stave them off anymore. I am just so tired.

Hey!

You and I both girl! Life can dish out some mighty mean stuff.

We have to keep reminding ourselves to never let hopelessness get a firm grasp on us.

I went to the Dr's office today. Had xrays done of my right arm and shoulder. Due to OsteoArthritis...the arm is freezing up on me. I now cannot lift my rt arm up.

Now I am sitting up worrying that my left arm will go out next. I must do very painful exercises to try to retain what control I have left.

It just goes to show you that there's always something gnawing it's way into your personal HOPE CHEST.

Ya' just have to stay as strong as you are determined to be.

Take good care.

Try to hang in there...we all love you! You're a great person and I know how things can try to pull you down...don't let it!

thank you all.. .today worked my first day with the red cross. Much confusion, hopefully I was able to bring some order. I left the center and went across the street into a church sanctuary and just cried. Cried and cried. It's all so emotionally overwhelming.
