I donno if I am depressed, probably am at some level, just dont know which. I keep eating and eating, I am definatley stressed out though. I haven't lost a lot of the will to live lately, so I suppose thats good. But I just keep eating..... at least I try to eat things like yogurt or fruit, but at times just eat anything that comes close to my mouth hehe ...

Hi Alex, You mention you're stressed out. That's usually enough to make me eat. Doesn't matter if it's a good stresser or a negative one, it just makes me want to eat. Can you identify what's stressing you out? What's giving you the feeling of depression? Sometimes if I can identlfy where the feelings are coming from it makes it easier not to eat. I can say, "well, that's just because of ...., it's not that i'm really hungry." Don't know if this helps any, hope so..

I've done that and it's like you know you're full but you just keep eating anyway. It's terrible because then you get that bloated and overstuffed feeling which makes you feel fat. Then you get depressed because you feel fat.
Is it before your period? (Are you a female?) You could just be craving something in particular. Have you tried the different um tastebud things; sweet, sour, salty, etc...? Well, I hope your gorging rampage ends soon or you'll bust!!! ![]() |
