Today depression wins
Today I sit in bed, after several hours of not allowing myself too. I wrap myself up in fuzzy things and I have a pity party. My head and throat hurt, so maybe I'm getting sick.

The sun is out and it's one of the few days I could go out. I was going to go horseback riding if they let me.
But today depression wins.
Today I'm a wreck.

But tomorrow I WILL crawl out of my hole.

Yes, depression may not be the only Foul Thing working on you. Please take care of yourself, Turquoisesea.

Glad to see you are planning to crawl out of your hole in order to fight back against the depression. Hopefully you will start to feel better soon.

I am new here. After reading your post and some others i realize I am depressed and feel blah A LOT. I hope the clouds around you part soon. That is so cool that you have a horse!!! I imagine you galloping on your horse through the November wind on the warmth of sunshine. I hope you have a good run soon!
