If you are not looking forward to the doctor visit, try to look forward to the relief it will hopefully bring after you receive some help from him. The appointment is just one step in taking care of your own well-being, whether or not it is a pleasant one, it is working toward a goal of betterness. {{{{{{Fuzzybear}}}}}}

please take care and best wishes for smooth appointments with the docs. may they be humane and kind and treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve.
sorry it isn't easier to do these things but it is so very important to address health issues before they become larger more dangerous issues. good job on making the appointments fb. fingers crossed for you to make it to both but we'll settle for one since we know how challenging it can be to get to those places.(((fuzzette))) tc and keep breathing through all this.

I am feeling undeserving and scared around this (more so because I missed an appointment but I WILL go to the next one..... ugh ...)My mother was horribly avoidant about medical issues and didn't see a doctor until it was too late for some severe symptoms in an area not far away or unconnected to this, but I have investigated and I do not think I have the same thing, despite my paranoia (?) about medical issues at times (I do tend to self diagnose as I don't trust doctors, which probably isn't a good idea) Thank you all again for your kind support, it's much appreciated
