I hate my life. I feel so depressed. I just want to craw into bed and not come out again.

Googley... if you never came out again who would eat the gluten free food at the store? Seriously, you are a good friend GOOG and I would miss you horribly if you stopped coming here.

I am sorry the depression has a hold on you. HUGS. Do your T and Pdoc know things are getting worse?

Hi, Googley! Just revisiting this thread for
  • Gus1234U's kitty & marbles,
  • Elana05's lovely flowers, and
  • YOU.
How have you been? How's this episode running?

Hey, Googs,

It sounds like one of those days where you have to remember the small things that brighten one's life and surround yourself with them. Simple things like oranges and orange juice, juicy tomatos with some balsamic dressing, cooked carrots with butter and parsely, honey roasted almonds and the like. I've been burning scented candles all day to help me deal with S.A.D. Also, on days like this I find listening to romantic music in candle light is nice - it helps soothe my hurting mind. Hang in there; the darkness will clear. Warm thoughts and wishes to you!
Thanks for this!

Thank you for checking. It means so much knowing you care.

I'm doing okay, for being depressed. I have been having very little motivation. But I got some writing done today. So that was good. I hope to get two more chunks done tomorrow. I have been sleeping a lot. (I accidentally slept through church on Sunday.) I've been feeling lonely. Weekends are always hard and this was a long weekend. So that was harder. But I have T tomorrow and work. So I will see people.
Thanks for this!

Hi Everyone.

((((((((((Hugs)))))))) to all.

I'm trying to keep up with school. I'm worried that I'm not retaining the information that I am reading for class. (ok, I actually know I am not retaining the information that I am reading for class.) Ugh. I hate slow depression brain.

I hate my life. I hate the stress. I hate the anxiety. I hate the depression.

I hate that everything is so hard to do. It isn't fair. Now I need to go and try to do some homework. Ugh.

Oceanwave- I don't know what brought this on. It just seems to always happen this time of year.

I hate my life. I really do.

I went and saw my Pdoc today. He raised my effexor. We will see if that works. Ugh.

I loathe school with depression. Considering I never did manage to take a course without experiencing depression, I consider my 3.2 an accomplishment despite all my withdrawals. I wonder what it would be like to be in university without depression and mania. Hope things improve for you. Take care.
