I get that fear a lot too. The more depressed I am the more that fear takes over. Right now for me it's not that bad. I'm trying to enjoy every bit of life I can. What I'd do as much as I can to distract myself from it - by watching TV, playing a game, going out with friends, whatever is possible. Also trying to enjoy the very small pleasures as much as I can. Dunno if that helps but I hope you can find a way to relax some

good luck with this darl, can you talk to a close friend face to face?
Can you try other calming techniques? Write all your fears down and then find something to do to distract yourself??

thanks for the replies guys ..
yeah being around friends or doing stuff to distract myself is usually the answer ..but then i get the thought this is jus a distraction, lifes just passing by so quickly, time flies, and very soon i'll lose all the people i love ..thoughts like that, theyre depressing but they're true arent they, i just feel so guilty for all the ways ive been a bad daughter/friend/sister and trying to fix all those things seems so hopeless coz ive done so many bad things, it seems impossible to make it up to all the people ive hurt ..and they're gonna be taken away from me soon ..just dont know what to do

Guilt is counterproductive. You can change the way things are now, and will be. Make memories with those you care about, share experiences, express your feelings toward them. Time may be fleeting, but you can fill it up by tending to relationships.

Focus on life, not death.
