ok just wrote up a short poem or whatever you want to call it. posted it elsewhere. Unfortunately of course it um opened up ..... 'The Door'...........
err where I keep all the dark stuff that happened.
Oh well. Has to come out one way or other. I guess. .

Talking about what happened can be very helpful in your recovery. Even if at first it makes you feel negative...

I would suggest seeing a therapist if you havn't already. I hope you find inner peace!

Thanks swing. Have seen Therapists in the past. The last one did'nt offer the counselling I had heard was better for my circumstances. Forgotten which one that is now.

Sorry you are anxious about opening "the door"...sounds wonderful that you were able to be creative and expressive in a poem.
