feeling really down. it's really hitting me tonight that i'm all alone, that my husband is so far away, and will be for a loooong time. i have the tv on, just so it's not so quiet in here.
had another fight with my 8 year old earlier. he got sent to bed early for something he did, and he threw a big fit, and lots of "i hate you"s. went through some of his old toys, was going to sell them. i got kinda nostalgic, too many memories attached to the toys. don't think i can sell them. just looking through them, taking pictures, was so upsetting. i'm so tired of crying all the time.

and now my babysitter quit on me. now i have to find a new one AGAIN. the last two got pregnant and quit, this one is going back to school, what next?
i wonder what's going to go wrong next.

and as if the day wasn't bad enough already, one of my dogs ran off because i didn't lock the back gate right. i was worried sick, but luckily she came home on her own. i'm totally exhausted from all the stuff that went on today.
but, i had good things happen too. for one, my neighbor came over and trimmed one of our trees that was scratching up our house. that was really nice of him. and then i already found a new babysitter. she even charges less than the old one. and i'm very comfortable with her. so tomorrow, for the first time in a month, i actually get to talk to my t, instead of trying to talk over a fussing toddler. i guess i should just focus on the good things that happened today.
