please tell me if my posts have messed with anyones head i dont want to infect anyone with this darkness. i am so paranoid so i guess many of you here are ( i hope not its the worst symptom ) and i feel i am just gonna make more problems for people. this place is good so id rather leave than destroy it, not knowin hurts me way more than the ugly truth

Nico I have been glad that you are posting. A large part of this place is support but don't forget that not only includes your posts directly... but other people may read your posts and identify with something you said and that helps them too, and helps them understand they are not alone.
And posting also gives people a chance to respond, and offering support to someone else is a great way to ease one's own pain. It feels good to share and to offer support. If there were anything out of place in your posts, you would have likely gotten a PM from one of the moderators. My guess is that the depression you are feeling is just trying to inflict itself on your self confidence. Depression is like that... almost like a virus in some ways, in that it protects itself and one of the ways it does that is to make us feel we are wrong to seek treatment, unworthy of support. But that is just depression lying to you. So please keep posting, this is a safe place to post, and if anyone is having a specific problem I am sure you would be notified. I certainly haven't seen anything that has effected me poorly.

NICO, I even went back and read some of your posts to answer this with a fresh knowledge...I think your posts are great. You've been so supportive, understanding AND giving. We couldn't ask for more.

NICO, while I continue to believe that there is nothing about any of your posts that is objectionable in any way, I also think that it is OK, and really a good thing, to ask for reassurance when you need it. This is something that effects a lot of us. Hopefully by receiving the reassurance you need, some of those feelings will subside.
