>>I try very hard to listen to what people are telling me in here and I try so hard to believe your words.

I believe that is key, time0. Depression often won't let us believe those words... but we must keep repeating those positive words and trying to believe them, eventually that is a way we can break through the lies of depression and begin to see the truth of how valuable we are.

The fact that you are trying, seeking and accepting support here, and acknowleging how hard it is is a very good sign of hope that you will get through this. That in itself is another positive thing that you should give yourself credit for.

Keep fighting depression.

Thank you for listening to us somewhat when there's so many, including inside voice from depression, telling you so much ugly. It tells me that you "know" somewhere that you're so worth it sweetie. Never stop knowing that somewhere.

Much love,

KD

Thank you sweetie! (((((((((((Kimmy)))))))))))))

I am very glad to be part of this site. My only support come from the net and this is one of my favorite place to come to for support. Other then this site I do a lot of research on depression and any kind of mental illnesses. I try to find answers. Sometime I do. ok But when I come to this site I know that there is real people behind each name here, people who understand because they are hurting just like I am. We don't have the same background but pain is pain whatever the reason.

It is also real important to me to at least come back and say "Thank you" for your support and all your encouraging words. It is a way to show each and everyone of you that I have heard you, that I appreciate it and that I will consider you every word. I think it is very important to come back and reply when you have posted something very deep and that you can make people worry about you. It is important to come back and say I'm still here, I'm still in this world. I know what it means to worry about someone and to have no way of knowing if that person is ok.

Wow! Am I writting a book? ok Sorry this is so long.

I appreciate you Kimmy and everyone here. Thank you!

Love you all!
