Today was another rainy day and some of us wonder if summer will ever arrive.

Despite the weather and some gloomy moods in the office I helped one of our newer employees learn something that will make his job a little easier.

We don't have to feel down just because the weather is lousy. There can always be sunshine moments when we can be kind and helpful to someone.

Practicing asking the 5 champion questions each day is doing wonders for me. Thanks again Byz for the link.

Sounds accurate to me Freekie
The trick for me with what to do with 'the present,'
is all about choosing to focus ourselves on what and how we can experience and express gratitude? Like, what's so special, or great about 'the present?' The quality of questions we give ourselves, dictates the quality of our self-talk, and emotional experience as a result.

My favorite are Einstein's quotes here is the one “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”
Also I found some good positive thoughts here They might help.
