walking along the beach, quite depressed, and, after talking to a great supportive friend on the mobile phone, the Universe gifted me a beautiful highly polished clear round quartz stone, right in the waves on the sand!. Felt at least like a response from . . . Cheered me up some.

Just for today I will not worry, just for today I will not anger. I will place my feet gently on the ground and do no harm to any living thing. (except wasps!) I'll give this affirmation a try today and see how it goes....
