I have no idea why I am crying in the first place; I just can't stop. I just hope I haven't overdosed my benzos

Everything just feels so hopeless...and it distresses me to know I shouldn't feel this way.

Sorry you are having a bad time right now. The relentless crying is a symptom, of course, of severe depression. It WILL get better. Do know that. Till then, OK to "baby" yourself and try to do something nice to make you feel better. Have a nice cup of soothing tea, a bubble bath, or curl up in a corner with a good book and just escape for a few hours. Whatever makes you feel good. A walk outside, if it's nice, is especially good, as is playing or cuddling pets. Hope you have something or someone who can help you feel better for a little while.
Thanks for this!
