According to my friends I am Psycotic, which comes as a bit of a shock to me, tomorrow is my visit to my T and i think I shall bring it up eith him, I have been speaking to one of my friends and he told me that when he looks into my eyes he sees nothing, now what does that tell you what kind of a person i am, he siad that i have the capiblities to actually kill sum1 and feel no remorse over it he said that if I ever do kill sum1 he would kill me and I do belive he would, thing is I think about killing people every day and sumtimes I even think of the sickest ways to do it, I don't know whats happening to my mind but whatever it is I don't like and I'm scared that one day I will actualy act out these feelings.

I don't think you're psychotic. I used to think like that all the time, and I'm fine. With some therapy I got past it. It may have to do with some underlying anger issues.

Well, all good stuff to bring up with your therapist. I wouldn't let your friends "diagnose" you based on the look in your eyes, though. (I have to wonder why someone would be your friend if he thought you capable of killing someone and already had a plan for killing you in retaliation.)

do you know how few mystery novelists we would have if the mere thinking about murder and mayhem really meant anything?

Do you think Stephen King is psychotic? I doubt it.

Maybe you just need to put some of your thinking down in writing and sell it!

We here could then say "we knew you before you were rich and famous!"

I agree with Ben... maybe your friend is projecting HIS feelings onto you? Let us know if your T gives you a direct answer I'm Psycotic!

I have to agree with Sky and Ben...your friend sounds like neither a diagnostician nor a friend, for that matter, if he's telling you junk like that.

Sorry to sound harsh, but I get irritated at stuff, like that.
