Last April my husband got a diagnose for depression. I'm tired he's on meds since tha 23rd of may and has totally change He doesn't understand that i need some time to ajust. I got two kids and ate my emotion away so i'm happy and mad at the same time. I don't know what to do next. Let time heal me or go and see is psy with him. Does anyone have experience in that area.

Not exactly , but still want to say something.... if you go (him allowing) with him it would certainly help you with the understanding of whats going on .. and maybe help him by showing him that you are trying to be supportive... that coming from someone who has lived depression for many years
