I'm SO unbelievably exhausted. Being depressed, panicking... struggling is so nackering. How are you meant to be ok when 'trying' just makes you [physically] ill!?

I need a break. I need to breath!

((silver moon)) depression can affect me this way too. i simplify, simplify. trying to overcoming my depr. when it strikes just makes me more tired.
also have you contacted a mental health professional who may help you?
we needn't suffer. for me, meds and therapy really helped. i wish you well.

Hang in there, although it's hard to believe right now, things will get better.

I'm at the place you are now. The depression; the anxiety, the helplessness is wearing me out as well.

Using the popular phrase (I feel your pain) Silver Moon. To me, there is a noticable difference between a regular tired verses the fatigue that goes along with depression. Stay in touch and keep us updated as you move forward. Just remember that you are NOT alone. I believe that all of us here can help each other as we try to tackle this sickness. Take care.
All the best,
Jerry

That's exactly how I feel as well. Tired. Tired from stress, lack of sleep, anxiety, aggravation. It's not a normal tiredness, it's a much deeper mental and physical fatigue that affects everything. I've been told a couple of times: "Get some more sleep", but that doesn't really help when you wake up worse than when you went to bed.

I'm finding it easier to not sleep so much and do things like mess around online or play a game. It keeps my mind occupied, although at the same time, ignoring the issues that need to be dealt with. Swings and roundabouts.

Hi,

I honestly don't know, maybe depression was meant to kill a person .. was meant to wear a person out until they couldnt take it any longer. The only thing that I can say is that if you are feeling something dont ignore it or shove it away let yourself feel it... because it will always be there just trying to come out, 2nd you are not alone never alone, find professional help someone you can talk to if you dont have anyone close to you life friends or family,

I personally cant talk to my friends or family, it is uncomfortale, so I see a therapist and it has helped me feel a little bit better.
Thanks for this!

This I know all too well. I bottle up my feelings quite often, although it may seem like I yap non-stop about them. It's just a reflex from years of having to cope with bad decisions and constant mood swings.
