I just feel like I am going up and down with the depression right now. I have been ignoring it for a few wks course I know sometimes thats the wrong thing to do but I just didn't want to deal with it. Course early this morning it decides to come back full force. Mostly my depression is low self esteem thoughts. Nothing really trigger it just sometimes I get that way. I am seeing my T tmrw and we will talk about it but just lately and yes the T knows this to no matter what I do or say I am stuck and I can't get unstuck to help move on and I guess it doesn't help that the fear is there that I will fall back into the same habits.

take small steps at a time, dont compare urself with others, try to be with close froends and family. My hugs always there for u. If u feel ur not coping with the depression please see ur doctor.

I think that as we learn to better take care of ourselves, we don't go quite as low as in the past, for quite as long because we have skills now that we can use, that in the past. I want to encourage you during this time that you have the skills that have helped you in the past.. this is a rough patch that you can get through.
