today started as normal, hubby having trouble waking up because of med (diazapam), then he gets a call from the councillor they have a free slot but he has to go right away, in mean time im having to get up to take car to the garage to have new door fitted, but i decide to hang on untill after his appointment ,
when he comes out he asked me to pick him up but he didnt even look for me started to walk home been very quiet since doesnt talk about his feelings much ,
been home for about a 3 hrs hardly had a conversation , he doesnt like telling me wat sort of day hes having doesnt want me to worry but i cant help being worried , i feel like i shouldnt be here today maybe i should of found something to do ,
now im feeling low

Maybe your husband did some hard work in therapy and is taking some time to process it. In any case, it doesn't seem like your fault. If he doesn't want to talk, he doesn't want to talk. He can't expect you to clear out of the house just because he doesn't feel like having a conversation. Hang in there.

yep, i agree with Ben. it sounds as if it's all about where your hubby was at after his appointment. he might've been in a yucky place and was having a hard time coming back from there.

i hope things are better later today. feeling like im on the outside
