i'm venting

as soon as i get in a good mood, he has to ruin it. i feel helples and violent and i just...

i'm never going to get better, and nothing will ever help.
never gonna get better. ever. this is bull.

i feel the same i try to have a good week JUST ONE but NOOOOOO someone has to be like "oh nice hair" or just be a total you know. i get how you feel.... man this feels good.

Heres the thing...it CAN get better. I wouldnt go through my teen years for anything again...they are so brutal. Add depression to that and it is just plain horrendous. I know I have been there but I can also say that my only regret was not asking for help because i was always fearing the worst. Now that i have gotten help over the last year I soooooo wish I had sought it out earlier. Keep talking here people will listen and share with you.
