Without getting into all the legal details I just wanted to say that I'm doing a lot better today then I have for a long time.
Friday I was a mess the entire day that resulted in me getting sent home from work early. Saturday I was ok, my boys at work supported me and made sure i didn't dwell on what was going on. Tonight they threw me a going away party since I'm transferring to another store for better opportunity. Tonight was the first night that my "trigger" never crossed my mind and I actually enjoyed myself.

Hopefully I will have a lot more positive updates. I have decided that no matter how hard it's going to be or how hard it seems its going to be I am going to try and change my life for the better. I want to get back into shape and try and join the Air National Guard in 2012..that's my biggest goal
