this morning driving home from taking my b/f to work i had a very weird feeling as if someone was trying to get me..... it felt as if someone was in the back seat breathing over my shoulder... it felt so real.. then i got home and was laying in my bed trying to go back to sleep and i got the same feeling as if someone was in my closet or as if i was being watched...... it was really freaky..... i hope thatnever happens again.. ive had that feeling one other time but not as scary as this time.. i told my mom about it and she said that i was letting my imagination run wild.. but i wasnt thinking about anythig like that..... very strange feeling

Is it a full moon or something? I've been having this deal that I see like threads or an animal (my cat) running away out of my peripheral vision when I know my cat isn't in the room. Things that just king of zip by.

Hmmmmmm....as my friend would say "There's a wrinkle in the force."

I used to get that feeling a lot, but not anymore.

Try to do some relaxation techniques to calm yourself down.

sorry that happened. sounds scary. i used to check my car before i drove, that way i knew anything i saw out of the corner of my eye was just my imagination getting the best of me. hope youre feeling better now. just know that youre safe and everythings going to be ok. maybe you could read for a while or watch tv let your nerves settle a bit before you go to sleep. hugs.
