a recent trauma has set me adrift on sea of misery again. i reach yet i dont seem to be able grab on and pull myself to safe shores at this. maybe drifting for awhile tho i miss myself. this pitiful lonely creature is not me. i long to be me but i cant remember which shore i left me on.

i miscarried a week ago. i know the stats and high risks due to age yet somehow knowing doesnt assauge the pain nor make me feel less alone.

Not only allowing yourself to grieve, but also you need to remember that pregnancy can make hormones go wild. So can the end of one.
