I hate how if one thing just one thing bothers me in a day it knocks down everything else. By the end of the day I'm just a wreck obsessing over absolutely everything and everyone. I'm tired I'm frustrated I hate people I hate myself. I need to pace myself its like I go from one extreme to another with almost everything. I need to find the in between. Where is it darnit and why can't I be comfortable there.

Yes. My depression is intertwined with stress-intolerance. One stressor by itself may or may not shut me down; two and especially three at once almost certainly will shut me down. Perhaps I should say that I shut down in the face of multiple stressors. Meds and therapy have not helped be build greater resilience.

Once upon a time this was not the case in my life; now it is. I have not found an answer. Sorry.

help yourself. only you can. make a list of positive things that you feel good about, that are good in your life no matter how minor

write...write down the negative that has happened and challenge it, write down the positive side of a situation, turn around the negative thoughts into positive ones

all the best
